Waterwise showerhead products

The following waterwise showerhead products are available as part of the 2023-24 Showerhead Swap program. A maximum of two old showerheads may be swapped for two replacement waterwise showerheads per household. Please note, not all showerhead products shown will be available at all showerhead swap locations.

Things to know before removing your showerhead

  • It's important that you read and understand the terms and conditions before removing your showerhead/(s).
  • Water efficient showerheads are not always suitable for low pressure, gravity fed (in the roof) and some instantaneous or continuous supply hot water systems. Be sure to check your hot water system is compatible before removing your showerheads.
  • Water efficient showerheads are designed to use less water, without compromising your shower.
  • If you rent your property, the property owner or landlord must agree to the replacement of the showerheads. Ask them to provide you with a copy of the water bill for the property which you can use for the showerhead exchange program.
  • For assistance in removing and installing showerheads, we recommend you contact a licensed plumber.

Step 3: Remove the flange from the supply outlet. Clean the thread of the supply outlet with steel wool or a stiff brush and dry thoroughly.
